Total Car Check's Bulk Upload tool allows you to quickly upload and check multiple vehicle registrations (VRMs) in one go. Designed for speed and efficiency, this feature is ideal for users who need to generate multiple Gold Check reports at scale-saving time compared to checking vehicles individually.
Create a .csv or .txt file containing up to 50 Vehicle Registration Marks (VRMs).
Important: Please check your file carefully before uploading. The file should contain VRMs only, with no extra text or formatting.
Sign in to your Total Car Check account and go to bulk upload.
You'll see the Bulk Upload dashboard, including your current Gold Voucher balance.
Click Choose file, select your saved .csv or .txt file, then click Upload. The system will check the file and prepare the VRMs for processing.
If you click View Items, you'll see the Bulk Upload Items report.
Check this page carefully before generating reports.
When you're ready, click Generate Reports.
Generating reports will use one Gold Voucher per report. Processing can take up to 5 minutes, depending on the number of VRMs uploaded.
Once processing is complete, the Bulk Upload Items page will update.
Click the report icon on each row to view the Gold Check report. Your completed reports will also appear in: My Checks Purchased
Bulk Upload is designed for trade customers who need to check multiple vehicles quickly and efficiently.
Yes. You'll need enough Gold Vouchers to cover the number of reports you want to generate. If you don't have enough vouchers, this will be flagged before reports are generated and you'll need to top up.
No. Bulk Upload currently uses Gold Vouchers only. Please add vouchers to your account before generating reports.
Not at the moment. If you'd like to upload more than 50 VRMs, please email enquiries@totalcarcheck.co.uk so we can consider this for future development.
Please check your file before uploading but we do automatically filter out duplicate VRMs in the same file as part of the upload process. Reports will not be generated for any duplicate VRMs and therefore you will not be be charged.
No. Reports are available to view from the Bulk Upload Items page and My Checks Purchased page in your account where the report can be downloaded.
